I first spoke with Dr. Lindsey about two years ago on preform another procedure. My first procedure was about 15 years earlier and the scar from the donor site was a big concern for me. Since I live in New York, Dr. Lindsey took the time to have several conversations and video conferences to discuss my case. He was professional, honest, and upfront of what he can do and what I should expect. After doing my research, I made an appointment to see Dr. Lindsey in person in November of 2024 to review my case and discuss scheduling a procedure. Meeting Dr. Lindsey and his staff was a great experience. Dr. Lindsey provided me with all the information I would need for the procedure along with great pre-procedure guidelines to enhance the results that other Dr.'s didn't have. He also went over all my options and recommendations for staying in VA after the procedure, since I would be coming from New York. I left Dr. Lindsey's office with a sense of relief that I found the correct doctor! In August of 2025, I traveled from New York a day before the procedure, checked into my hotel and met with Dr. Lindsey to go over the preparations and the procedure for the following day. The day of the procedure, Dr. Lindsey explained everything in detail as he was preforming them, was there every step of the way, and the procedure went great. His staff couldn't have been more comforting and helpful. In fact, after the procedure one of the staff members actually drove me back to my hotel in there own car and made sure I was ok before leaving. I stayed in VA till the stitches were removed; about 7 days. Each day I would see Dr. Lindsey and he took the time to preform my post-procedure care and review my scare from the donor site. He even came to the office HIMSELF on a Saturday and Sunday and actually returned phone calls quickly HIMSELF; try to getting from another doctor! If you're looking for a doctor to have a procedure done, Dr. Lindsey is the right choice. He is upfront, no B/S, and HONEST! He really shows he cares about what he is doing and gave my case his personal attention every step of the way. My husband had a hair transplant with Dr Lindsey and had a fantastic experience. When he first decided to do something we were anxious about it.. After meeting with Dr Lindsey he made him feel comfortable about the process . Surgery was last week and we couldn’t be happier. Dr Lindsey’s attention to detail made the whole procedure less stressful, every step was planned and communicated with us. The whole staff were friendly and welcoming and it was like being with friends. Everyone was so helpful, especially Wendy and Cumari. I got my hair transplant in December of 2014 with Dr. Lindsey. He was fantastic and the transplant had great results, nearly 10 years later still going strong. Dr. Lindsey is knowledgeable but also casual which takes the edge off for a procedure that can make many nervous (myself included). Overall excellent experience! Read Less
