Frequent visitors or viewers of our youtube channel will note that I am weekly…repairing a low or no-yield FUE case with a strip case. We have 20 or more videos showing how this occurs. Briefly, when you do FUE, you must get the correct hair angle in order to actually remove the root. And the root gets avulsed from the scalp…roots don’t like that…so they never grow as well as a strip case, where there is no significant pulling on the root itself.
BUT, sometimes we do FUE to fix a strip case. We might FUE into the scarline, or if someone is a TERRIBLE scar former…we’ll do FUE to repair a low density hairline.
